The clips are strong and the elasticity of the straps is perfect. They work as expected.

I have been wearing mine almost daily since 2018 - I'd say daily, but a couple of times I was ill and stayed in my pj's all day. They are durable and serve me well. I've had any number of compliments on them. They stretch when I need them to, but hold my trousers up firmly. Easy on and off. The only maintenance I do is to crunch the clips every six months or so as they have a tendency to spread over time. Highly recommended, actually, I am just in the process of buying another pair and realized that I had not written a review. Edit: June 2023 Newest order not living up to past performance. I removed one star because the clips are not as secure - they pop open at the slightest provocation.
