This pre workout is nice because you can use it every day good blend of supplements and not with a ton of stimulants so sleeping shouldn’t be an issue . I have been using pre workouts for about ten years started with the real popular Jacked no longer available I liked it a lot but not for everyday use could definitely make it hard to get to sleep with this no worries and I have probably used 25 different pre workouts over the the years and I still switch up a bit on an early morning i sometimes go to my other favorites C4 ultimate or Woke AF and Lit AF but if you’re just starting to use pre workouts or trying to tone down on the stimulants than this is a good one .

I workout 5-6 times a week, and one can lasted me about 1 1/2 months. Super happy with the pump I get at the gym with this. Will definitely buy again!

I liked this product because it works better than what i was using before.

While this isn’t my favorite pre-workout it definitely isn’t the worst. I don’t feel like it lasts very long throughout my session like others do. I don’t have issue with the tingling sensation some pre-workouts bring but this doesn’t give me any of that at all. Taste is pretty good too.
