Used these for a Halloween party. Kids loved them. They were easy to fill (used a funnel) and the kids had no problem drinking from them.

Fun blood bags.
These were a fabulous celebration item. Only caveat was filling the bags. Highly recommend to use a large syringe without a needle or funnel. Sturdy screw tops. Nice touch with the hole for hanging. Filled ours with cran grape juice.
