Solid swivel clasps. I create many surgical and cancer patient caps and many times, there is a match set of the fabric that I use to create lanyards to use either or without a pen / eyewear holder as you see in the accompanying photo. This is my 4th purchase as I find they durable. Can be used with a circle ring or a D ring.
