I used it for the first time today and for the first time, my whoopee pies were all uniform in size. I used the recipe included on the packaging and they turned out perfect....best I've ever made. Two tablespoons of batter per space and bake for 8-10 minutes.....perfect. Very pleased with the whoopee Pie Pan and do recommend it. I did not use cooking spray coating but instead just brushed with vegetable oil. Pies came out with no problem and no sticking at all. Very easy clean up.

I originally purchased this pan from another store specifically to make whoopie pies. Well that never happened and the pan ended up sitting in my cabinet unused.Recently I started trying to pre-make my meals for the week for quicker healthier eating options when I am crunched for time. I found a great recipe for homemade egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches that can be made ahead and frozen. There were a couple options available on how to cook the eggs so they were the perfect shape to fit on a muffin. One of the comments suggested a whoopie pie pan and I just had to try it! The pan worked great for cooking the egg mixture to the perfect size and shape. It was quick and easy and being non-stick the release of the egg discs and the clean up were a breeze. Plus, because they are shallow you use a little bit less than one egg per whoopie pie cup.Anyway I was so happy with my new found use for the product that I looked online and found the exact same pan here at Amazon for a great price. I purchased it as a gift for a friend and recommended it to another also looking to make homemade breakfast sandwiches.
