Came nicely packaged in box with bubble wrap n easy way to get it out of the box not damaged or opened in any way til I did to smell it lol..Back in April my friend came n visited we all stayed in the city at hotel she remembered shampoo n conditioner I did not...I have alot issues with shampoos n being allergic to them some times it happens after first wash sometimes after a week...after using it once at the hotel my scalp even felt clean n I love the scent ...I bought the round bottles at Walmart for 10 bux a piece loved it aaaaand never had issue no allergies....I ran out used some old shampoo n instant itch fest and feeling like constant sunburn that's how bad it gets ....I didn't want the lil bottles so I went to Amazon to see if there was better deal and bigger bottles... there was ordered on Wednesday n was here on Friday .... I will order again thank you soooo much

I love mint, and I love the cleansing power of tea tree. The smell of this was ok, not as minty as I wanted. No big deal. However. The first time I used it, I noticed my hair was a bit frizzy and static-y, even after straightening. I thought maybe my hair needed time to get used to it. So I kept using it and started using a second deep conditioner. This seemed to help the dryness. I noticed when I'd shake out my wet hair to dry it, it felt lighter/less substantial- almost fluffy? My hair definitely felt clean, which was nice.But then I noticed my wet brush had rapidly filled with hair (when normally I only notice loose strand build-up after 2-3 months). Running my fingers through my hair while drying I was getting 4-5 strands with every stroke. That's a lot.So yes, this stuff is making my hair fall out. Not cool. I am returning it and will not be buying ogx shampoo/conditioner again (though I love their body wash). Back to Alba Botanica I go.

Would I like about the product is that it penetrates the scalp if your have an itchy scalp. I'm also a fan of peppermint so the mint smell is lovely.

I bought this for my trichotillomania disorder, more so for the minty clean feeling after a shower. But the shampoo wasn’t really giving any type of tingle at all. The conditioner was good, I would more then likely buy the conditioner by itself next time. And the smell was bearable, for me looking for the minty tingle feel. Outdoorsy.
