Absolutely beautiful Crucifix that we are going to use in our home. The craftsmanship is superb!

quality and authenticity not so good.
I was disappointed in that there was no "certificate of authenticity" stating is was genuine olive wood and made in Italy...other the "made in Italy" sticker on the back of the crucifix. This was nice but definitely NOT worth the $50 price tag. There was a type of card that explains the "sign of the Cross" but the top part of the card looks like it was cut off. The first words indicate there was more text prior to those words written. Disappointed as this was a First Communion Gift...a special symbol of the Sacrament she will receive. It was packed with a deflated air pack which means the box is banged up.....so much for a "gift box included". The wood of the cross is OK but the figure of Jesus Christ is tarnished.
