A Clean Nose Knows
I thought that this pot was like the others but was impressed by the design of this product. Rather than use gravity that flushes your sinuses by tilting the head this one almost feels like a pressure driven system when tilted down. I will use this at least two times a day at night and especially after being outside, I would ad this to your routine while trying to keep healthy.

NeilMed nasal rinse bottles far superior
The pressure of the saline solution is ok if you want gentle cleansing of your nasal passages but it is only gravity that provides the pressure.Once the bottle reaches half full it slows down. Not impressed.I had nasal surgery to clear my airways in my nose so have extensive experience in what works and what doesn’t. I have used theNeilMed sinus rinse bottles since I started recovery over 4 months ago.These NeilMed bottles have been a lifesaver. I wanted to try this one because I used a Netipot before and even though a different style it was partially successful. Because I have used this product I will not return it but I can still use the 30 sachets of nasal salt that came with it. It was ten dollars so I didn’t lose much.

Good nasal wash
It is a nasal wash, but does nothing for sinuses.Simple flush worked perfectly for nose, but did nothing for sinuses. Trying to get nose to stop running. Did not help with that. Glad I did not buy fancy powered product that would perform the same as this.

In compare to NeilMeds this one has a very slow flow of water which doesn’t wash your nostrils well

Works well even with deviated septem
Works better than my previous neti pots. The construction allows gravity to push the water gently through your sinuses. This was useful for me, as typical neti pots can't get water through my deviated septem. Overall, it does a great job of cleaning out and hydrating my sinuses.

Reduces sinus headaches
This is easy to use, and has reduced the frequency of sinus headaches.
