They don't stick as well so best to use while laying down. I find the Salonpas to burn a bit and they are so tiny, I needed 3 to cover a similar area as 5% lidocaine. **Q: Why does it say not to use after 14 days open, is it just less helpful? or is it actually harmful after?** A: It is to ensure maximum effectiveness.
