The shipping was amazing ordered evening came in next day. Quality is ok. You get the sense of sand inside and might break any minute during exercise after a few months.However. It says 4Kg which is (2x2)kg not 4Kg each. This can create some confusion.Price point is a plus.

Good product, but rather chunky, hard to walk with it on, I got a bruised ankle from exercising with them on and to think that I was thinking of running with these on.I will use them, as they are a good product, but given the chance I would go for something smaller and even lighter.

It is just a bit uncomfortable to use without something to protect the skin.If I wear long socks or pants it's ok.Every time I finished using it a see some sand coming from the middle of the pads.I fulls the purpose of adding weight.
