Why does the top of the pod keep coming un-glued? I am getting coffee grounds in my cup. Almost every one I use does this.

Too much pressure inside the cup can cause this. I keep a tiny sewing pin on a magnet attached to my coffee maker. I pierce each pod once in the top before putting in machine. Stopped any spewing of grounds.

Does this product have artificial sweeteners?

No hidden sweeteners. It’s just plain black coffee

To the gentleman who got satisfaction in january. I have purchased coffee since then and all the seals are still not holding. What do you recommend?

The product description says "50 calories per pouch." Seriously? Is there sugar in it? I thought it was just coffee.

The box does not say sugar anywhere... 100% Arabica coffee natural and artificial flavoring.....they do have a web sight if that would help www.victorallen.com
