Can i mount this on a plastic playset?

Hello Angeleque,The steering wheel is designed to fasten to a wall, or a piece of wood, with a screw that is provided. Although there can be different mounting surfaces/conditions for the wheel to be mounted, please realize that whatever the wheel is mounted to is also what is going to support it. Most likely a plastic playset will not provide the support you are wanting for this to remain mounted for very long. It would be best to be mounted to a piece of wood or something similar to provide adequate support for the wheel to remain mounted.Thank you,Jungle Gym Kingdom

It does! When you install it, you just don't tighten the screw down completely. If you tighten it too much, it won't turn. Loosen it a bit, and it will spin.

Does this have airbags?
