Bought this to work with my outdoor pizza oven. Cuts like a dream. And very sharp. So much easier for cutting hot pizza than a traditional wheel cutter. Only complaints is it can be a little tricky to clean, and can’t be stored in just a drawer, Atleast in my kitchen it’s to big for the drawers. Either way i combat this by just hanging it up by the oven. Looked really good hung next to my peels.

Very sharp! Where has this been all my life? It won’t work if your pan has a raised edge. Of course. I would have found a shorter one had I considered that.
