These envelope boxes were in VERY poor condition on arrival.. They have a crease to the left right side of every envelope and when trying to open they tear from the side leaving white ripped paper marks.. I ordered next day delivery as I have mothers day gifts needing to send out ASAP (I am a small business) and out of pure frustration I have had to throw the whole lot away and re order elsewhere and delay my customers parcels... NOT HAPPY

There were initially some problems with the first set of bags but after contacting them they went above and beyond to replace the bags. Great customer service
