Its so small that my fingers have stored blood and become red

Absolutely awesome to use. Once you get used to the weight you can use them and forget you’re wearing them. I would still recommend the style that attaches to your wrist over these but definitely a solid product. Would be nice if the item had the resistance graded as each one is different in the pack. Lighter colours are easier and darker are harder (I think).

I’m a therapist and purchased these for my sessions. Hard to tell the difference in strength between some but they work well for developing the extensors.

Once purchasing hand grip strengthener, item was displaced quickly. However when it arrived, there were not instructions or detail on what level each of the grips are. Had to come back to page and search for it. Not too hard to find as it is on the order page, but also not convenient. I would suggest putting in an information note would be helpful. Currently even the small 3kg one is too hard for me!

They are very small size have trouble putting them on my fingers have hardly used them

These are great for the fingers. I bought them as I have carpal tunnel in both hands. There are 3 different strengths and I’m finding them to be great so far.
