Good day everyone! Hum, where do I start? Well, when I received the item I was elated, because I can now use it all over the house. After the first use things were great! It was performing just as they said it would in their infomertial. As I was using it to disinfect my hot tub (later that evening) the device stopped working (spraying) and when I went to remove the bottle it snapped completely off from the unit with very little twisting pressure. I contacted the seller and wasn't able to get any real assistance other than the statement of "I don't send out replacement parts, you have to contact the company". Go figure, so I ordered a replacement bottle and hope this works and I've not been able to troubleshoot to see if the Atomizer Sprayer will function with the new canister.

Works as described. My only advice is make sure the small pin is secure in the nozzle to allow spray to work properly.

This device was so easy to handle & care for. We used and still use it to sanitize our place of worship.

I purchased one and after multiple uses the part where the bottle screws into, cracked. I thought I had sone something wrong. I reordered one. The first time I screwed the bottle in it cracked and broke. Good concept. Awful quality

Works great, keeps the house clean

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this little machine to clean with, mist plants with, and to deodorize with.I only received it about 20 minutes ago, so I can’t judge it on how long the battery lasts etc. The blue light is very bright, so you can really see what kind of a mist it’s producing.It’s lightweight, comes with refillable bottle and a power charging cord. It is described as pumping out a “ fine mist”, however...I find it’s more of a stream of mist.It can shoot up to 7 feet away, but doesn’t spread out more than two inches. I don’t think it will work well for freshening the air ( as it’s not truly a fine mist and doesn’t cover a large area) but it’s great for cleaning walls!!It’s not silent, but also not too loud.

The quality is not good, water will leak, the battery will be damaged directly, I don’t know if there is a warranty

Great product bought a red one last November through a different source .Works great ordered 2 white from amazon batterie stopped charging after a few days only works when plugged into charger. Disappointed about the quality as my first one is still operating great . Returned and ordered a new one hope that it lasts and works great as the one I have . They are really handy for sanitizing everything.

It didn't work for soft mist disinfectant it works like spray bottle everything gets super wet. Not exactly what the indication mention

Only second day of use start cracking .
