HydralyteORAL ELCTRLT SOL C/F

I rely on electrolyte solutions to help accommodate the dehydrating side effects of my medication & symptoms of another condition. This means I need a source of electrolytes (besides food) EVERY DAY unless I want to live half my life in the restroom with water going right through me. I’ve tried Pedialyte and as much as it claims to be the best, it just doesn’t tailor to the enormous adult market of athletes & chronically ill that find it helpful for a wealth of things besides just having the runs. And let’s be honest, Pedialyte is absolutely loaded with sugar so that kids will approve. Frankly I can’t afford to be sipping sugar water all day as an adult when I’m really only here for salts. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Hydralyte should be on every shelf that Pedialyte is on and I would never recommend Pedialyte to any adult when Hydralyte uses so much less sugar and additives. The lemonade flavor in particular is lightly flavored enough to taste good while not tasting like diabetes-punch & by not outweighing the benefits I get from it with loads of sugar I don’t need. I speak just as highly of the dissolvable tabs and packets. I don’t trust the bulk jars of powder from all these BS health food brands, so Hydralyte is literally the only thing I use. Really appreciate having a product suited for adults who use this solution frequently.

This product came with some substance around it. I opted not to drink it.It’s in between the sticker label and bottle and when I opened the bottle it is in the lid.Very disappointing.

Delicious and definitely hydrates me. Will definitely reorder.
