** Downgrading Review from 5* to 2*, for 2 reasons ** 10/17/2019 **1) The roller has been squeaking a lot, since after 1 week of moderate use. Also, the thread ring on either sides, on which the plastic covers go, has misaligned on 1 side, making it very hard to twist ON/Off one of the caps. (This took 1 off)2) Went to their website looking for their ebook, as marketed on their product packaging, and noticed that the same combo is being sold for 25, and then redirects to amazon link for 35. That is deceptive advertising. (this took 2* off)...................................This is by far, hands down, the BEST Foam Roller set; esp. for the price. I'm surprised to receive such great quality, for $ 35. I'm not sure why some people are complaining about the strap, and/or hand roller , etc. For the price, EVERYTHING in the kit is exceptional quality, and feel extremely durable.I bought the teal color, and it is very kool looking. Let's "dig in" .. lolHollow Core Massage Roller with End Caps:I've used many a foam rollers, of varying density foam, smooth, and grid pattern (trigger point), in various fitness centers. This is by far, the best feeling, best knot-hitting, roller, I've come across. The GRID pattern, really digs in, and the roller rolls smoothly on carpeted, and hard floors. I rolled my whole body last night, and it hit some nasties, and smoothed out all them kinks. I slept very good after :)Muscle Roller Stick:I used it last night,. it felt study enough to roll arms, shins, hamstrings, quads etc. You wouldn't wanna press too hard on it anyway, cuz the acupressure pins will do the work for you.Stretching Strap:Excellent wrap, with multiple loops for adjustments. My 7yo was really excited to use it. My hamstrings thanked me as well. It might feel a little thin, at first; esp. if you're used to the think ones they use in Yoga classes. However, it does the job, and it is cheap .. so, chill it!Double Lacrosse Peanut:This might be my favorite thing in the kit. It is HEAVY!! And It relieved my neck, shoulder blades, and around and down the spine, very very good. The more you press on it, the more it kills you.. lolSpikey Plantar Fasciitis Ball:Very well made, nice acupressure. However, I'm too tickly in my feet, to use it much. I'll keep trying :)All in All - This is the best thing you can gift your body, and your body will Thank You, for it. This could easily be priced upwards of $50, and I would still buy it.

My daughter is a dancer. She uses this for warming up before classes and performances so she doesn’t get injured. For the price, it has a lot of functions and she enjoys being able to put most of the set inside the big foam roller, the smaller roller is too tall to fit inside but she uses it a lot to roll out ankles and calves. The stretch band is cloth so it doesn’t stretch but the different holes allow different intensities to stretch.

I've used many types of foam rollers, and this one does the job and is a good value since you get 5 items for the price. However, I don't really like the foam roller...it feels hard like plastic and makes a "creaky" sound that makes me think it's going to break soon (it's nice that it is hollow, so you can store the other items, but I feel like this is why it makes the noises and might not be as durable). I also found that I had visible bruises after using it, which has never happened with any other foam rollers I've used.

I know this is not a full size roller and I knew the measurements before buying. I wish it was just a few more inches longer. I'm tiny, 5 foot and not wide. But when i roll my upper back it barely covers my shoulder width. I love how it comes with multiple items that I need and was intrigued with the roller being able to hold everything inside. That's one of the main reasons I purchased this bundle. However, when I try to put everything back inside... it doesn't fit. I think this would be solved if it were just a few inches longer, maybe only 3 or 4 inches more. Other than that its been great and I do what I can with it and have to make sure to carry everything together since it doesn't all fit inside.
