I purchased the OneTigris IFAK Molle Pouch to assemble my own individual first aid kit (IFAK), and I’m very impressed. While it’s not as big a name as Maxpedition or Vanquest (both of which I also own), this pouch is high quality and works just as well for my needs. The black pouch with the red patch looks sharp and tactical, adding a professional touch to my kit. It’s sturdy, well-stitched, and fits perfectly on my MOLLE belt and backpack. What I Packed Inside My IFAK: Trauma shears Sterile gauze rolls Medical tape Chest seals QuickClot gauze Various bandages SWAT-T tourniquet Soft-T tourniquet This pouch offers ample space and organization for all my essential medical supplies, making it an excellent choice for emergency preparedness or outdoor activities. ⚠️ Legal Disclaimer: This review reflects my personal experience assembling an IFAK using the OneTigris pouch. Made of thick nylon this ifak is quite durable. I've made use of the elastic cord on the inside to carry pain killers and antihistamines. Although this bag is sold as an ifak I fell that it's a touch too small for that function which is why I bought it. I use this more of a first aid. The reason I dont think it's great as an ifak is because a tourniquet does not fit well inside. Yes you can fit two inside, one in each elastic strap on the sides, but in my current configuration my tourniquets just dont fit too well. The outside elastic pockets do serve as a way to hold a tourniquet and the elastic is enough to house it while walking. The internal bag is also not large enough to hold chest seals without folding them. Instead this bag is better suited as a first aid. The quick access opening is great and the button molle straps on the back are of high quality. I did lose the paracord on the right zipper but I can easily fix that with some of my own. Overall this was a very nice bag and I will recommend it to others as a first aid bag.

I've used several different brands of IFAK pouches and this stands right up there with the "bigger brands". Quality material and holds just what I need for my application. I will definitely purchase more from this brand and seller. Sometimes more expensive doesn't mean better quality, and this is a good example of a nice product and a great price.

Little bit smaller than what I thought, for a Chinese made item. The quality seems to be pretty decent. I like how easy it is to rip open if you need it fast. It came pretty quickly. If you’re planning on stuffing a whole lot of bleeding control items in here I would look for a bigger pouch, if you were only putting a tourniquet in it and then some boo-boo items I highly recommend.
