Vitamin D levels consistently pristine! Labwork drawn often. You MUST take with magnesium (I recommend glycinate) and vitamin K2. They are triplets, do not split them up. Since my doctor put me on those 3 supplements I have not suffered from anxiety. You must be consistent. Don’t take it here and there and wonder why it’s not working.

Easy to use, good taste

I had a blood test and my vitamin D was very low. a year later when I had another blood test it was up in the normal range. I like that it is kosher and it tastes good too.

Excellent quality and taste

Way better absorption with this liquid compared to pills. Prevents my bones from aching. I add a dropper full to my matcha tea every morning, and it tastes great! I will take this product for life since it makes me feel so much better.
