ThunderMax Auto Tune 309-460 for 2002-2007 Harley Touring Motorcycles with Free PREMAP and Dyno Coupon!

I bought my Ultra Classic from a friend several years ago and from the day I bought it I was convinced it wasn't running quite right. Intuition was that the Harley ECM was not happy with the gear drive aftermarket cams. I've gone through several attempts to fix the situation mostly when I upgraded the air cleaner and exhaust, even fitting a competitor's tuner, still it wasn't running quite right. Multiple checks of the plugs scared me as the insulators were always just a little too white.Yesterday's installation totally convinced me I was right, yes I had to wring out a few issues (speedo calibration and warm idle RPM)...but, even toodling around town there was a tremendous improvement in ride-ability. Then when I rode the bike on the Interstate...OMG!The sound change was the first clue, the throttle response was the second and the final seat of the pants acceleration clue told me I have nothing more to do to this engine but maintenance.Thank you for a great product!

Well just installed it. Did not tune it yet. Installation was a breeze and kit comes with everything to do so.

Purchased this a couple weeks ago. Very easy to install and set up is pretty easy I had to work out a couple of things but it's all set now. The difference in the bike is like night and day there is plenty of power from the bike now and it's much smoother. I've put a little over 1000 miles on the bike and I'm very pleased with this product. Anybody with a Harley that doesn't have this installed is a fool. Throw away Harley's old technology.

Awesome product. I ride cross country and since installing this it adjusts to whatever climate I'm in.

Easy to set up, easy to follow instructions for mounting. Looking forward to Feeling the improvement on my bike.

Only 1 review up here so I thought I'd help out:Installed the TCM 309-460 on '02 Road King Classic EFI (FLHRCI); w/Andrews 26N conversion cams (w/updated HD oil pump/cam plate/cam chain tensioners/etc); SE air cleaner (w/K&N HD0800 filter); and SE Slip-ons from a 103"; all else is stock (well...oil pump added) - so technically a "Stage II". ON this older bike I had to have bungs for the O2 sensors welded in.Loaded in a "close" map and let it tune - took a few months/about 4 autoupdate tuning sessions (save and reset sessions via laptop software) until it found an optimal tune - no problems since then. Bike runs stronger, cooler and smoother.The ONLY problems I have had were related to my ground @ battery coming loose - caused system reset issues - but once I chased that down it has been flawless. Recent firmware update took a few tries but eventually succeeded. An amazing device, really - and probably should come from the factory with this installed. Customer service pretty amazing as well - if your bike is running crappy you just record the system parameters and send the file to TM; and you'll have some extremely competent advice back within 24 hours.The ONLY con is the price - but there are no competent tuners in my area and I'm NOT bringing the bike to the dealer every time I tinker with the exhaust - so the only real option - happy camper!
