For home use this is more than capable it just has to be used the proper way to utilise it efficiently.The build quality is not an issue here as it's built like a tank from the steaming head to the wheels.

Disappointed
Disappointed with this. The hose is too short for long dresses and so is the pole. No protection supplied so keep burning myself. Doesn’t steam many fabrics well at all. My steam iron does a much better job. Wouldn’t recommend. Wrench missing also
