SEGA Cities Skylines Nintendo Switch Game

So I bought this game because I loved it on Xbox so I thought I it would be great portable on the Nintendo switch. when I received the game it was just an empty case and when I contacted Amazon they told me to fill out a return which I did and I sent it back and it’s 40 days after I sent it back and still no refund or even a word from them saying they received it.

Not intuitive, not easy to learn, not fun. Maybe if I were a kid with tons of time on my hand I would enjoy it but I'm not. I'm a casual gamer who likes to pick up games and play them, not spend hours learning the basics.

Hard to get controls where you want, not much fun
