2020 Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 10.4” Inch 32 GB Wi-Fi Android 10 Touchscreen International Tablet (Silver) Bundle – Slim Trifold Hard Shell Case and 32GB Micro SD Card

Was so excited to recieve my tablet today, looks great, easy setup. However the additional memory card is useless as the tray will not open. My old S2 is dying and this is really the only way I now socialize. Sending it back isn't something I really want to do, because of shipping time - would be another week or 2 before getting a new one; QAlocal repair guys are going to charge 100$ to repair. Beware, you may want to go with a different seller, looks like a great buy, not so much.*edit* want to warn about "customer service," were very rude and are threatening to charge a restocking fee on a device I sent them same photos above that the tray wouldn't open. Were snarky because I used the wrong term (sim card vs memory card tray,) had to involve Amazon and returning item.Initial contact was to let company know issue and what cost would be for repair. 2nd contact ignored till I contacted Amazon, from there customers service degenerated until today when I sent a copy of return with tracking number. I did get an apology and I would have initially accepted a replacement or partial refund but now I expect a full refund. Will update.

This is the third Samsung "cheap" tab I have bought, after having one last a long time and losing the other. This is the first one with significant app problems. I bought this primarily as a device to watch streaming (and saved to SDcard shows). Netflix was inoperable, and specified that the app needed to be updated. However, there was no option to update the app.Having a good software experience on a tablet is crucial, expecting customers to fiddle around to get a base app like Netflix working because the initial software environment was broken is inexcusable. Samsung should not install the freshest version of Android, just because, especially when the software doesn't work.Spent an hour trying to get it to work and the self-help documentation on the Internet is no good. Gonna attempt to oinstall a few more times and then will return for a refund.

The overall quality is good, color exceptional, but the inadequate sensitivity when using a stylus or your finger to use the tablet is sometimes maddening. It hesitates, at times, such that I sometimes have to tap the screen several times to get any response. A major upgrade is necessary to fix this annoying issue. Apparently, this is also a tablet that Samsung has no plans to upgrade to Android 11 and also annoying. Although I've had multiple Samsung devices, their quality is slipping on some devices making me wonder if I'll want to upgrade to any new Samsung Tablets or phones.

I had a levon tablet before this one and I am having so much fun with this one.This tablet is slim,lightweight and very easy to use.

I like this tablet. It arrived on time and is pretty fast. So far I have not had to charge it but I don't use every day. At this time I give it an A.

5 Stars. This tablet is great. The quality of the screen looks like your watching a mini tv and the sound is A M A Z I N G. I don’t think I ever heard a louder tablet than this one ! The color on the screen is sooo beautiful ! This is a must buy !
