Huawei PU Protective Cover For P30 Pro Grey

I've used numerous covers since 2020 and this one so far is the best cover that I've purchased. It fits perfectly and very satisfying for touch. Phone gets slightly warmer while charging but it's not an issue for me. Definitely worth the money

I hate phone cases because they add bulk and hide the lovely design of modern devices, but having a few very expensive phones they're unfortunately a necessity.I bought this for a new P30pro in May 2020. The textured back is really nice, it feels a bit like woven material, fits the phone well and looks very smart overall. Based on this I would absolutely recommend it and would be happy buying another one. However... I've knocked a star off the overall score for durability. Over the 16 months it's been in use the textured back has increasingly frayed away and split/peeled, to the point where I finally binned it this morning. I'd say 16 months is a decent enough lifespan for a phone case, but as an official Huawei product it began looking a bit ratty after 6 months and really ugly and damaged after 12. The case has gotten sandy, wet, dirty and been in warm water etc during that time, so if you're more careful with it your mileage may vary.I'm still recommending this, though I've replaced it with a cheaper clear silicon case partially for a change and partially because I'll be upgrading in a few months and this case is actually now more expensive than it was when I bought it last year. It's definitely worth the £15 and is probably the lowest trade-off between look/feel and protection I've had with a case to date.
