A must have!
I’ve been using Tend Skin for awhile now, and I keep it in my bathroom at all times now. This product is a must-have for anyone who deals with razor bumps, ingrown hairs, or razor burns – it works exactly as advertised. Effectiveness: I’ve always struggled with razor bumps and occasional ingrown hairs, especially after shaving my legs and bikini area. Tend Skin has been a game-changer! I started applying it to the affected areas right after shaving, and within a couple of days, the redness and bumps began to disappear. It even helped clear up ingrown hairs that had been stubbornly stuck under the skin for days. Formula & Application: The liquid formula is a bit on the strong side with a noticeable alcohol scent, but it dries quickly and doesn’t leave any greasy residue. I apply it with my hands after I shower, which is simple and convenient. It feels a little tingly when first applied, but that’s just a sign it’s working. I recommend using it sparingly, as a little goes a long way. Skin Comfort: Unlike other products I’ve tried that left my skin feeling dry or irritated, Tend Skin has helped keep my skin smooth and soft. It’s not overly harsh, and I haven’t experienced any discomfort, even after using it on sensitive areas. Packaging: The 8 Fl Oz bottle is a decent size for the price, and the bottle design makes it easy to pour out just the right amount of product without wasting any. The size is perfect for daily use, and it should last a while. Overall: I highly recommend Tend Skin for anyone looking to prevent or treat razor bumps, ingrown hairs, or razor burns. It delivers visible results quickly and is easy to use. If you’re tired of dealing with irritated, bumpy skin after shaving, this product is definitely worth trying!

It's great!!!!!!! USE IT CORRECTLY
First off, to all those saying it's too expensive, it's really not if you use it correctly! You don't have to use a lot of it in order for it to work! I've had a bottle that I use everyday and It's lasted me a full three months. LESS IS MORE! when applying it, put just enough on a cotton ball and dab it across the entire area that needs it. Anywho, This product does work, and yes it does kinda sting at first and has a not so pleasant smell. HOWEVER, over time, with consistent use it won't sting as much, and it really doesn't smell all THAT bad. I am a black man that has suffered from terrible razor bumps due to wet shaving on my face and neck. This stuff is one of the only products (next to Barc Bump Down) I've used that has helped clear my skin back up, and trust me I have tried damn near EVERYTHING. I first noticed results only a day after my first application, and my skin has stayed bump free since. As a fairly hairy man, my facial hair grows very quickly. I like to keep myself closely shaven, so I shave roughly about every other day. On the days that I shave, I first take a rag and run it under some hot water. I then place the rag on the areas of my face and neck I plan to shave and let it set for about a minute to help loosen up the hairs and open the pores. I then shave, after shaving I wash my entire face and neck with a deep cleanser or an exfoliator and pat dry. I then use the TEND SKIN, by placing just enough to lightly soak a cotton ball and dab it across my entire face and neck. Like I said earlier you don't need to use a lot for it to work! matter of fact, if you use too much it can dry your skin out terribly and probably make matters worse! Several minutes after the area is dry, I apply a moisturizer. I would HIGHLY recommend finding a great moisturizer to use to apply to the area to prevent the area from becoming too dry, especially if your skin is very sensitive. I personally like to use Cetaphil moisturizing fragrance free lotion (you can find for under $10) or sometimes I like to use a little BIO OIL when I have it (BIO OIL, is about $5-$10 for a 2 fl oz bottle, but has proven to me to be VERY effective in moisturizing and great for a variety of skin problems). I think the main things you should make sure of when choosing a moisturizer is that it's (1) fragrance free, as this can sometimes cause more problems for skin prone to razor bumps, and (2) not too heavy, as this can clog pores and also make matters worse. Just make sure that you keep the area properly hydrated. Also on my off days, when I don't shave, I'll still apply a little TENDSKIN after washing my face before bed. Personally, the smell really isn't that bad if you use it correctly, and it's nothing that can't be covered with some cheap cologne/perfume. BUT if the smell is really that much of an issue for you, I would either only shave at night and put this on before bed, OR I would recommend trying Barc Bump down razor relief cream. This cream is the only other product I've used that works to remove and prevent razor bumps. It's a little bit more pricey than TENDSKIN not by much though, but it doesn't have a strong scent at all. It's very creamy and goes on like a light lotion and it also doesn't dry the skin out as much. It does however burn a lot more for me than TEND SKIN. Hopefully this helps someone out in choosing whether or not to buy this product =) PS: all of the products I talk about in this review, I've purchased through Amazon.

Smooth, Clear Skin That Finally Feels Easy
Tend Skin really was a hard case to ignore and I actually could not resist the reason to leave a review. I had serous trouble with ingrown hairs, and razor bumps, mainly on my neck and bikini area and it even seemed nothing could help me. I got the product and within a couple of uses I was able to detect the difference. My skin looked a lot calmer, felt smoother and the red bumps that usually occur after the shave were hardly noticeable. What I really enjoy is that it is a multi-purpose product. I apply it after shaving and waxing and sometimes even as an instant toner on my irritated skin. It delivers incredible results while being surprisingly gentle and I really like the clean, simple formula. No unnecessary ingredients, just one that really works. I have tried applying it to my face in a very light way and it has given a nice glow. It feels like a mild micro peel but without the harshness of the peeling. Besides, it is made in the USA and is cruelty-free which makes me feel good about using it frequently. If you have had enough of razor burn and ingrown hairs, go for it. It has become a must in my regimen and I am so thankful that I met it.

It works! But... it's not cheap.
I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about this stuff... But, I find that Amazon's user reviews are usually a good barometer as to whether something is what it claims to be, and this product is no exception. It does work. I'm by no means "metrosexual", but with that said, I do prefer the man-scaped look on my torso... and my woman prefers the smooth hairless look on my chest and stomach. I've been shaving that area on and off for quite some time... years. The one problem I've always had is that I invariably get razor burn and, worse, ingrown hairs which itch something fierce, and worse, sometimes creates an unsightly rash... I've tried other products with varying degrees of success and failure over the years, but none have come close to what this does. It took a couple of weeks before I really saw the benefits of this stuff. It seemed to work within a few days of using it, but not to any amazing degree... I just noticed a bit less on the razor burn side of things. The one thing that was immediately obvious was that this product is primarily alcohol... not only because it does sting to some extent, but because I get a heavy waft of alcohol vapor when I breath in after applying it... whew. They say to "dab it on with a cotton ball", which, to be real, is ridiculous... it would take way too long to apply it like that for sure... I just carefully squirt it on my chest and rub it in and then the same to my stomach... I guess, by their estimation, I apply it heavily... however, I have a lot of space to cover and I'm relatively short on patience... I slather it on... I want to make sure that every inch is covered... it has glycerin in it or something, so it adheres amazingly well, so I don't feel like I'm wasting it... it's not dripping off me or anything. I also applied it on the days that I didn't shave, as it recommends. So, I apply twice on the day I shave (once immediately after shaving and then once before bed), and then once in the morning on the days that I don't. The real magic started after about 2 weeks... I shave once or twice a week.... so after the third or forth shave it was obvious that I was NO LONGER GETTING RAZOR BURN! I was excited. After my last shave, not only did I not get razor burn, but I realized that I didn't get any of the tell tale signs of ingrown hairs or the ensuing rash... that's when I was sold. The results aren't perfect yet... I still have a few bumps here and there, but it does appear that those bumps are slowly dwindling in number. So why four stars and not five? Simply put, the cost. This stuff is expensive. Yes, it actually works... and you could argue that if you're annoyed with your condition enough, that almost any price is worth it... but $20 for an 8oz. bottle is steep for sure. I'm guessing that this bottle will last me around 2 months. $10 a month for no more shaving problems and a clear chest and stomach... yeah, I'll continue to use it. It's kind of like complaining about your cable bill. The fees are outrageous, but most of will never get rid of it. I mean... this product is mostly alcohol... with a little aspirin, witch hazel, etc. It should really be in the $10 - $15 range, max... at that price point, this would be a five star product.

Razor Bump Staple
Tend Skin The Skin Care Solution has been a reliable product in my hair removal routine since 2019. It helps minimize razor bumps and ingrown hairs, especially for anyone who regularly uses razors. The key is patience and consistency—it doesn’t work overnight, but with regular use, I notice a visible difference in smoother skin. The scent can be unpleasant for those sensitive to strong smells, but it dissipates quickly and isn’t a dealbreaker for me. A single bottle also lasts several months, depending on how often I use it, which makes it a solid value. If overused, it can dry out the skin so a little goes a long way. Overall, it’s a tried-and-true product I keep on hand to maintain smooth, bump-free skin.

Great Product
Go-to product. Excellent for razor bumps and ingrown hair issues. A bit pricey but I haven't found an effective alternative.

Tend Skin Solution
I’d give Tend Skin Solution an okay rating. It’s formulated to help reduce razor bumps, ingrown hairs, and irritation after shaving or waxing, and it claims to soothe and smooth the skin. While it does a decent job of calming minor irritation, I didn’t notice any dramatic results on my son. It works well enough for general use, but for me, it wasn’t particularly impressive. It might be more effective for others depending on skin type or frequency of use.
