Is this a toothpaste? How do you use the product?

It’s not a toothpaste. It’s a gel, and you squeeze a drop or two on each side of the dog's mouth, right on his teeth. The dog will lick it, spreading the gel around the teeth. It’s mainly intended for dogs that don’t like having a toothbrush in their mouth. You could rub it around their mouth with a finger, or even a dog toothbrush, if the dog tolerates it. It helps keep the dog's teeth clean. My 15 year old Pomeranian did not even need a tooth extracted during his last vet teeth cleaning in January. The gel works very well.

How do you squeeze the gel out? Other than remove the seal?

Just turn the top, turn it upside down, squeeze the bottle and the gel comes out the applicator at the top.

It is a thick substance, shake it first, open the cap... then place tip next to doggie's teeth and SQUEEZE gently and close the cap.

Are the ingredients and the gel made in the USA?

I checked the bottle. It says made in the USA.
