Great item
I love that this mops and vacuums at the same time. I have a narwal, which I also love. But sometimes there are dried up kid spills on the tile floor that are too stuck on for the narwhal to get. I go over it with this mop head on my Dyson v8 and that takes care of it. I also love the fact that this vacuums at the same time, allowing you to pick up any debris that you missed beore mopping. Compared to what Dyson charges for accessories, this is very reasonably priced.

Not worth it - should have returned when I had the chance
The water tank does not work, it basically uses the vibration/movement of the mop head to release water in an extremely uneven manner and in such a way that it can damage the hardwood (as it may drop too much). In addition, there is no vacuuming power - that is a flagrant misrepresentation of the product (it only mops). Please let me return this product, as it truly does not work properly.

Half awesome
The rotating mops are great. My water tank never worked properly so I don’t use that part.

Mop head is worth it, the water filter is not.
Overall I really like the mop head itself - I was able to mop around from our kitchen to our hardwood floor with ease and power. I found the water filter to be misleading; I was under the impression that somehow the water would shoot out, but it just drips out. You twist the nob in the front to allow water to drip (it does come out) but is not enough to get a good spread. I ended up shaking the entire Dyson to see how much would come out which in the end wasn't enough. I just ended up using a little spray bottle with floor cleaner and mopped without the water tool.Recommend the mop head, but don't waste your time with the water filter. Get one without! The pads are also pretty thick and easy to clean (I just threw them in the washer).

Not worth the money
Very poor performance, water drips from the machine, and not enough liquid to clean the floor

Wonderful
I love this mop head . I have a dark wood floor that shows every drop of water on it. I can run this with a floor cleaner and that takes care of the spots. I have recommended it to my daughter for her dark floors.

I used it twice and It broke. the springs and the small red bottom.
I am very dissapointed with the product. I have the vacuum and so far it's good, but not the cleaning mop.I can send a picture if you want? Thank you.

Worth the Attachment
Great for an everyday touch up throughout the house and comes with extra pads for cleaning. Would say it is worth the attachment
