Are these the self stick - peel and seal type?

These are self stick. The screw on type have a hole in the center to receive a screw and the tack-in type come in a loose package.

Hate felt attracts pet hair! Would the adhesive do the same?

These are not felt ... They are a slippery type of plastic ..... The adhesive is not visible after attaching ... They work quit well although we have no pets.

Chair legs are 3/4” will these stay on?

They come in 3/4 inch that is the size you should use

Are these effective on carpet flooring?

Hello! I have used these on all of the chairs in my office to avoid "catching" the feet on the delicate rug in my office and they also help slide the furniture well across low pile "typical" office carpet. So, yes! They work very well on carpet to both protect the carpet and ease of frequent movement of the chairs and an ottoman over the rug and carpet.
