Diving Adventure

A cracker, like all Willard Price's Adventure books.I learnt pretty much everything I know from them. (Mind you, I learnt a lot from Tarzan, as well)

Diving adventure is an excellent book by Willard Price about two boys, Roger 14 and Hal 19, who go diving in Undersea City 200 feet below the Great Barrier Reef off Australia. Here they explore sea life and find a sunken ship filled with gold - but there is a murderer on the loose who will stop at nothing to get the treasure. Hal and Roger also take a bathyscope down to the Challenger Depth in Mariners Trench, the deepest point in the world, where they encounter marine life never before seen.This is one of the 14 books in the Adventure series by Willard Price.

I read all of the Willard Price books back in the sixties and had my children read them through the nineties. We still talk about these books though they are off to college. A GREAT way to get even a non-reader interested in books through well written adventures.

I bought this for my 11 year old nephew. He is a big fan of the series and assures me that this was just as good as the previous books he has read.Very well written adventure stories aimed at teenaged kids but a good enough story to hold an adult interest too

My kid loves these

Good book. No soppy boy girl romance just good old fashioned adventure for boys. Or even girls if there into adventure

Great reading for kids (and adults!). I grew up on these adventure stories and they are timeless: imaginative, interesting, exciting and with a moral to each story.
