Problematic- Issue With Lack of Handle
Overall, this is a fairly nice quality griddle dome with thermometer, and the entire product seems well built overall. However, I already returned this once due to lack of a handle, and I received a new one, again without a handle. I called their customer service line on a card provided, and both the choices "1" for customer service and "2" for sales went to something that said, "your destination has been set," and then it hung up. So.... unless I make a makeshift handle for this somehow, I don't think it will be very easy to use, as the dome and the thermometer are rounded and smooth overall. I'm disappointed in the waste. Also, the probe for the thermometer goes about 1/3 of the way down inside the dome, so there is a limit of 2 1/8" for the height of your food from the griddle before the probe will touch it. Overall, I'd probably go with another griddle without the fancy thermometer (and no handle) apparatus.Update: my husband stuck a serving fork in the small space that exists between the thermometer and the dome (can just pull the tines in and out w/o messing w the screw) and so we can use the griddle dome for short foods)

Stay away if you're trying to stick to a diet lol
Got this thing and ran a test the first day. I paired it with a Lodge cast Iron griddle, 80/20, seasoned, laid the cheddar up there and good gawd it came out so BEAUTIFUL I ended up eating a lunch burger every day for a week lol totally not part of my meal plan lolOkay, so I got an idea: doing timed reheats on lunch portion sized leftovers straight out the freezer, same dome and griddle combo.Holy grail, better than microwave, more trustworthy than oven or even a pan with lid because you can monitor the temperature on the dome to dial up and down.Get one.

Looks good except for dent!
Upon opening the box, I discovered the itrm was dented. I did find the handle, which a lot of people were complaining they didn't get one at all. Not sure of its effectiveness of this item as I just received it an hour ago. I'll update my review when I find out more information.

Inaccurate item description.
Handle missing, metal shavings inside round edge groove, and dented areas means no quality control.
