Kyolic aged garlic
Kyolic I took more than 8 months because I had high cholesterol. My level increased and never came down, very disappointed and kyolic does not work at all.

Be sure to read all product info. I understood it would help bad cholesterol numbers but it states in so many words that it is to support an already balanced cholesterol.

Good supplement
I like this supplement mainly because it doesn't give me heartburn or garlic burps. It's always tricky for me to find a garlic supplement to take that doesn't trigger those issues for me even if I eat with taking them but these work well. I am not sure if they are helping my cholesterol as I haven't had it rechecked since using these but I feel better when taking them. :)
