Finish Shooter Monopalm

Amazing!! I had never tried a monofin before and WOW did I get going fast! It feels so effortless and really fun! The size chart put me in a L but i got bad blisters after first use so exchanged for XL and no longer have that problem. Not using with a sock either, though I could. One tip, my feet cramped up after a few min and I was worried it wasn’t going to work for me with the pain but I took a break to swim barefoot for a few min then put it back on and my feet didn’t cramp at all.

Be prepared to have cramps in the beginning. I've been using fins for 2 years, and a mono is completely different. I use Finis socks, and it's better. I recommend starting mono fin drills after being very warmed-up, possibly even right before the cool down phase. Start with maybe a 100 metre kick on stomach drill (with or without snorkel), to get a fell for it, then stop. Slowly increase by 50 m each week, adding complete fly, or side, or back kick drills. After 2 weeks, I could already feel a difference in my core and leg muscles + underwater kick is stronger. Make sure you have a lane to yourself, because you could accidently hit another swimmer. I go to Masters session, and made sure coach didn't mind. Check with your pool to make sure you're allowed to use it.

Muy buenas, compré este producto pensando que era el de la foto donde la sujección de los pies es abierta en los dedos y me enviaron otro con los pies completamente cubiertos, con las ganas de probarlo pues era mi primera mono aleta, la probé en la piscina con la tremenda sorpresa de que no solo me apretaba demasiado, si no que al poco de ponermelas me habían causado una rozadura en un dedo del pié por la cual llevo una semana sin poder nadar ni ponerme ningún zapato pues me abre la herida de nuevo. Pedí una talla XL (42-44), mi pié es un 43 por loque no debería de tener ningún problema.No vi la opción donde elegir el tipo de sujeción y al revisar la web de nuevo no veo la opción de elegir. Rogaría me enviaran la aleta que tiene la sujeción abierta. gracias.

Fin is very powerful. It fits well and doesn't come off while swimming, yet it's no harder to put on or purposefully take off than cheaper fins.The paint job isn't perfect as said in the other review, but that's about the only bad part about the product.I can recommend putting on socks, or wetting your feet before putting it on. Also, swim with your whole body because if you're only kicking your feet will get tired very quickly.I outswam a swan with this. That is to say, a swan chased me and I survived thanks to the fin :D

Monopalme permettant de travailler tout le corps , excellent pour travailler le papillon. Par contre l'achat de chaussettes est fortement conseillé si vous faites des séances d'une heure, sinon vous aurez des ampoules aux orteils.
