What is the difference between this product and Solgar No 7?

Suitable for vegetarians"On the other hand, at the description for no7 (http://www.amazon.com/No-Solgar-90-Vegetable-Capsule/forum/Fx3OCDZV3AEWBT9/-/1/ref=cm_cd_al_af_ql?_encoding=UTF8&asin=B007V2UAEG), more than one person quoted the label as being: "Vitamin C, 5-Loxin Advanced (Boswilla serrate Extract, resin(?), Tumeric Root, UC-2, White Willow Bark, Ginger Root, Pepper spice complex (Cayenne, bioperin clack pepper extract piper nigrum fruit)"So, my interpretation is that MSM is a chemical methyl sulfonyl methanewith a known, standardized combination of molecules, while "No 7" is a concoction of a variety of lots of different things that Solgar decided to put together and name. Not that I am aware of. Which is exactly why I am taking it. Prepare for your hair and skin to improve should you take it.

Is there any shellfish added

Label does not mention shellfish, even though it states the following:   (On front) "Gluten, wheat & dairy free suitable for vegetarians"   On the back, "other ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Cellulose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Vegetable Glycerin, Vegetable Stearic Acid"  It goes on, in bolder print..."FREE OF: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soy, Yeast, Sugar, Sodium, Artificial Flavor, Sweetener, Preservatives and Color"   In my opinion, since it does not mention being free of shellfish, I would contact Solgar and ask. It would seem if they cared they would say so on the label, especially since they have been very specific about so many other things.  Hope this helps!
