GoodSense Minoxidil Topical Solution USP, 5%, Hair Regrowth Treatment for Men, Extra Strength, 12 Fluid Ounces

I have a problem with slick baldness on the top and front of my head. I do not use it every day, nor in the full amount suggested. I use it infrequently, sometimes one to three times a week, and sometimes I forget to use it weekly at all. The product is working for me, as there has appeared healthy plugs of hair at the front and top of my head. There is also a thin fuzzy growth overall. I have had hair loss in this area for years, and I am using this product as a last resort, very cautiously. I personally do not believe in one size fits all, and using the smallest amount that I can to be safe. The label on the product says the effect of the product will last for only three years. I got a six month supply, which at the slow cautious rate that I am using it, should last a long time. I started using the product in late march of 2015, the results have been gradually occurring over time.Obviously, I do not know if the end of using this product will result in complete restoration of my hair, only time will tell.

I'm getting the expected result but after I began using it was disappointed to see that my 6-month supply goes 2 months past the expiration date on the bottles. Not something I thought I'd have to worry about.

If the product works for you, then why pay a premium price? This is the same as the name brand, but it a fraction of the price. The manufacturer has a great track record across many generic and affordable over the counter products. We've been using this brand for years with the same results as the original name brand. I can think of much better ways to spend my money than paying for a brand.

I've been using minoxidil for 20 years and still have my hair. Would that be the case if I didn't use minoxidil? No idea. Fear sells.
