I have found that B Complex is one of the most essential vitamins for the preservation of good body health, and also great for your liver, which is essential for the processing of your body nutrients and defense against toxins. Lo empecé a usar còmo coadyuvante de Medicacion para mejorar la función nerviosa en una patología lumbar. Para mi ha sido todo un descubrimiento . Reconozco que no pensaba que fuera a notar algún efecto y sin embargo he de decir que me está ayudando. En ningún momento quiero dar pie a que nadie piense que es la solución milagrosa que te evita tomar pastillas!!! Es un complemento que ayuda muchísimo junto con el tratamiento.
