I bought the above Vanguard Veo Select 49 Green Backpack from Amazon 9mths back and loved this backpack very much 5/5 stars. 2 days ago, i noticed the right shoulder strap is giving way (photo attached). I tried liaising with Amazon, Vanguardworld, my local Vanguard agent but no one is able to help me. Emailed Vanguardworld, they said they will forward my issue to my country agent, contacted my local agent, was told to liaise with Amazon and Amazon asked me to contact the product manufacturer Vanguardworld. Just want to know how to get it repair and is it still under warranty? After sales review 0.5/5 stars
