I don't believe you can order them separately. If you get a large then the panties will be large.

We are similarly built as my measurements are 38-30-41.In addition, I am 5'5" (165.1 cm) tall. I purchased an XL and it fits me really where everywhere. My breasts look great — no constriction and no overflow out of sides or tops of cups and band lays flat across, doesn't dig into, my back. My waist feels comfortably snug, not smushed in, with no muffin-like overflow anywhere. The material seems to hold me together without making me feel compressed. Best of all —my problem areas (less taut than I'd like) are not at all visible. Good luck!
