Q: Are sulfites and sucralose healthy ingredients??

No they are not...in fact Atkins products are full of unhealthy stuff. I no longer eat them.

Q: Are the coconut bars gluten free?

I don’t know. I did not purchase this particular one. However I checked the others I did order and none of them are gluten free, but they’re all really good, high in protein, low in carbs.
