This is the 2nd dock that I buy with them. Both stopped working after a short time.
Bought a first dock with this seller on janvuary 2020. Stopped working in august 2021.Bought and new one, and it doesnt work avec 2 weeks.The screen continually shot down for an unknow reason. I had the same problem with the first dock.Also, they said on Amazon it was a new dock. But it's obviously not new and there are even some scratches on the dock.The worst part: they do not offer returns or refunds.A great waste of time and money.

Works well, as advertised but you need to go through some hoops....
The power adapter was changed, apparently in a "do it yourself" way to adapt to the north american plugs and does not look very nice.It takes a while to figure out the sound settings for the computer, external loudspeakers and headphones, I neraly returned thinking it might not be compatible.Apart from that, so far so good, am pleased.

A must have with leneovo laptops.
This dock is great, it works pretty much as expected. My two complaints are that the laptop seems to sit very far forward comparedto my old T420 and mini dock 3. There's a 1cm ( ~0.5" ) gap between the back of my laptop and the back of the dock.My other complaint is that the headphone jack through the dock is a lot quieter that the jack on my laptop. With the dock I have thevolume at 100%, but plugged into the laptop 60% is comfortable.

Great for home office
My wife has one at work but they would not suply a second one for when she's at home. Great price point and works great, just like the one she has at home. Got it just in time as she ended up working from home because of Covid-19 and has two monitors, mouse and keybord pluged in.
