Easy to swallow not like other Now vit. 😊

Might be good stuff but it is hard with my stomach…I have tried the other kind of multivitamins from the same brand and everything went well. Be careful if you are prompt to gastritis like me…even after food my stomach was so painful..

My favorite Daily One tablet became a low quality Daily one CAPSULE. Double dose of chromium and molybdenum plus organic “staff”, and synthetic 95% vit A, is making me sick , want to vomit !! I just put in garbage . Are you playing with our health? Why did you replace vit A from carotene in tablet, with retinol palmitate in the capsule?? Do you know that this is banned in Europe?? I am so disappointed of NOW Now that you’re one of the best rated brand you started to replace good ingredients with synthetic low quality ones. No Iron Plus K1 Are also the differences between Tablet and Capsule High dose of vit A retinol Is it digestible or toxic?

These vitamins were recommended by my doctor. They are easy to swallow and seem to do the job. I find they upset my stomach a little, but if I take them at night, there are no issues.

Really like that this vitamin has less B vitamins than most, it actually has a normal amount that your body can absorb. Good amount of all ingredients and I like that you only have to take one a day. It is a smaller easy to swallow pill. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the foul smell and taste. Not sure what Ingredient causes that but it is far from pleasant. Overall good price and product, will purchase again. People are mentioning upset stomach and nausea which is most commonly caused from improper use, please take vitamins like this after eating a good size meal and not on an empty stomach. I have experienced this with other multivitamins and eating makes it go away👍🏻

Now Foods Daily Vits is a no fuss basic multi-vitamin, an efficient way to boost your nutrition if you are really have a vitamin deficiency. Otherwise, it's just a way to get your urine more yellow, wasting less money than for other more expensive options. I'm a healthy active women, with a good diet, but I have some minor deficiencies I choose to cover with a multi-vitamin. I like that the Daily Vits cover all the basics without going over the top with %Daily Value (with the exception of B vitamins and Biotin, which are quite high), while being non-GMO and including a veggie blend and luteine. I had no doubt on the quality of Now Foods products, but I was amazed on how fast and efficient this product is. I have a Zinc deficiency, usually my visible symptoms are dry skin, with eczema like patches. It took less than a week to see improvements, faster than when I used more expensive targeted Zinc supplements. I also felt the boost from the Biotin, Folic Acid and B vitamins, as my nails and hair grew faster than usual; not necessarily stronger, though. Luteine and lycopene definitely help my eyes, I notice them getting less tired when I spend too much time at the computer. The only caveat of this multi vitamin is the scent and taste. It's that old school C and B vitamins medicine taste that burps back if I take it on an empty stomach. Taken with a meal I don't experience any stomach issues. Otherwise the pill is medium sized, easy to take. Expiration date for product ordered February-2020 is December-2021.
