This training mask is very comfortable and does what it needs to do. I run 3.5 miles every Sunday, and it's gotten too easy. Using this mask, I've been able to maintain the same distance, all while intensifying my workout. I end my runs now a sweaty hot mess, which was exactly what I wanted. And, it could just be me, but I swear I'm seeing results WAY faster than before. After my workouts with this mask, I'm seeing more mid-section definition and a nice pump across my chest. Honestly, can't complain.

Easy to use and understand! Works exactly like it says. If your cardio isnt GREAT I dont recommend. But if you want to continue to push yourself this is perfect. I want to get comfortable with lack of oxygen in stressful situations. I bought it for my BJJ game and it's doing exactly what I want.

Well its very hard to breath in this thing, but thats the general point. I think this is only for those that have well above average cardio as it can make you light headed.I knock it because it pinches the upper part of the nose making it difficult to breath. I want to adjust my breathing using the device, not from it putting too much pressure on my nose.
