Sorry for the horrible picture! My bird loves it!! I purchased it last year when my Conure got terribly ill for no apparent reason. He was ripping out his feathers and sleeping on his side on the bottom of his cage I was desperate to save him. After researching everything I could find that could be the cause, it got me thinking. We are living fulltime in our RV, during the summer it was 99 to 102 for weeks, and because of that our air conditioner couldn't keep up,we were dying, so we blocked out the windows to try and survive. I'm 99% sure that is why he got ill since they rely on the sum to survive. After a vet visit, getting him on antibiotics and using this light during normal daylight hours, it was like a miracle, he started singing and chirping again., and feathers started growing out like crazy! I truly believe that this light played a huge part in saving Guidos life!

I like the new design that I can bend to where I like it. I sits flat on floor and looks nice with the cage. I’m 5ft6 and it almost the height straight. There is a lot of bend room.

shipped in store display box, that is ok, but they had no tape on it anywhere. It was open when I received it and box battered. Ordered black, got grey.really needed it so not going to bother with returning, but pretty crappy shipping department.Item is ok, the shade part is plastic which may be troublesome if you use a bulb that gets hot.All in all, this is average quality and too high priced for average, and for having to paint it black.

Best investment i have made for my parrots, except i found out that the base isnt strong enough still and with the long neck of light, can make it topple over quick, with price of balbs you cant afgord to let this happen so i came up with this till i figure out something better. my female loves the light & sits under it all day. Deffently worth the money, only compliant is the base needs to be a tad heavier because it can tip easy, other than that love it.

This lamp is well made for lighting my parrot's cage. I was originally worried that he would peck at the light bulb, but he is leaving it alone so far. The auto timer must startle him when it goes on in the morning, because he goesto another room when it comes on if I'm not in the room with him.It's good that the timer gives him definite 12 hour days, it may be helping parrot hormonal behavior.I'm pleased with the lamp so far.

I didn't even notice the lamp I got wasn't the same as the photo listed. But I found that it works great. I have had no trouble with tipping. I use mine with an Alexa plug so I can have it turn on and off at specific times since I work nights and not home to turn it off. Not giving it a five because it was not as the one listed. Maybe you need to change your image.

Kommt ohne Leuchtmittel. Dieses kann man aber noch dazukaufen (UVA/UVB Birne). Schönes, großes Gestell und der Lampenkopf lässt such verbiegen. Preis ist ok und leicht aufzubauen. Ca. 1,5 m hoch.

The product I received was actually the Avian sun deluxe floor lamp with a bendable neck, not the lamp in the picture. However this wasn’t a problem as it was the one with the bendable neck I originally wanted. Easy to put together, but it did come with a 2 pin plug on it so anyone in the uk will need an adapter. Our vet recommended getting a lamp for our parrot and she has been so much more lively since doing so, this version is much better than the cage mounted ones as there are no exposed wires she can chew.

Billie,Mon cacatoès des Mollusques étant très malade, j'ai suivi les conseils du vétérinaire.Au début il a eu un peu peur...L avantage il ne peut pas la détruire car elle est sur pied et très haute avec la partie supérieure qui se positionne exactement comme vous ke désirez.Attention toutefois...lors de l achat il N'Y A PAS D'AMPOULE FOURNIE!!!!!!Pensez bien lors de l achat de prévoir l'achat des 💡💡💡💡

One star because I had to give it a rating otherwise there would have been no stars. 2 weeks after purchase smell of burning and over heated blew the fuse in plug replaced bulb same issue requested return currently coming into 5th week and still no refund big concern as to what potential harm this could have caused to my bird would not recommend
