Samsung A51 / A515 2019
Direct replacement. Phone stopped charging, and battery was dead as a dodo. Usb-c charge port was badly corroded and visibly damaged. Easy straight forward replacement part sourced through Amazon and the Tinternet used to find a video of how to remove the part and replace the broken bit with this one. Heat gun used to remove rear cover off phone. Took around 30 mins to strip, remove and replace the bad part with this one. Rebuilt and cleaned at the same time. Plugged into charger once rebuilt and immediately began charging the battery on the phone. Problem solved. Very happy. Local phone repair shop wanted £100 to carry out this repair. Over the moon at the £8 part and a bit of time. Easy-peasy for anyone with basic skills.
