Great product. I have chronic pain and use heat pads regularly and bought this after my trusty old one finally gave out. I really like the different heat settings and the ability to set different timers. The long length is great as well for full back coverage

Hits all the right spots. I think my wife loves it more than me. She is a heating pad lover, and this one eclipses every one she has ever tried. Gets both shoulders and the lower back at the same time. Perfection.

Heats the back and the neck very well

Absolutely the best thing I’ve brought in a long time. No more wheat bags around my neck and shoulders. This has helped me so much. I use it a lot on high and it has taken most of my pain away out of my neck, shoulder and lower back. I try to use it every day to keep the pain from coming back

I bought this for my mum who was in complete agony with something resembling a trapped nerve (taking a while to sort due to her age). I had originally bought her a heated neck one which she said was helping a bit but as the worst of the pain was around the bra strap area thought this would be even better as it would heat the whole back. She told me this was the best present I had ever bought her and she practically lived in it for a week or so until it started to settle down. It was a good buy and I don't bought it will come out now everytime my mum's bones are stiff.
