Hi Fernando,This bag is a mini backpack and will not fit a small folder.Here are the measurements W: 9" X H: 10.5" X 4.5"

The back pack is as displayed in the photo, and is made of a leather material.

Q: Does this bag fit an ipad 10.5 inch size?

I have a Samsung tablet that is about 10.5 inches and it just fits inside this backpack. It's snug, but it should just fit.

Q: How long are the straps?

Long enough that it works for an adult to carry as well as can be adjusted for a child. We own 3 and all use.
