Doesn't retractable mean there's a clicker instead of a cap?

Yes, not sure why it says that-they definitely have a cap and aren’t retractable. Great pens, though!!

Can you see remaining ink supply in all colors as shown in the picture? I purchased and only four colors were clear.

No, you can't see the remaining ink in the most vibrant colors. Those have a white tube, which hides the ink. Red, blue, black have clear tubes.

How many different colors are there?

There are 8 colors, you can see which ones in the bottom right corner of the packaging.

Does the ink bleed through the page of a word search book?

No Dennis, it works great, does t bleed through. I use a highlighter to find the words and a Bic to decode the message I use the Bic’s for writing everyday. Love them.
