Seul crainte; la solidité, la lame est extrêmement fine, ça l'a rend très maniable, mais avec une goute au front. Finissions sublime, trempe visible, jolie damassé etc. Seul petit point noir pour le prix, le colis; boite directement dans un petit sac plastique...pour le prix, on aurait pu attendre une sur boite

I would never have imagined that a bread knife (it is amazing with tomatoes as well) could cut like this; the proverbial knife through melted butter. I'm staggered.

Shun makes an excellent product and the bread knife is the perfect example. It is extremely sharp and consistently cuts the perfect slice from sourdough to delicate fruit bread as long as the operator is up to the challenge. It would be helpful if they included a protective sleeve, but that is not their promise; superior performance is and that it fulfills with perfection.
