I just received this product and was enthusiastic about adding it to my training regime. After reading a review that mentioned the ingredients, I did some checking on my own and found that the capsules are made with E171 which could not be declared safe for consumption. While the evidence is inconclusive, there is a concern about its "genotoxicity" (the ability of a substance to damage DNA). Maybe this is not a real concern with this product, but right now there's so sure way to tell. So while I don't know (yet) about the effectiveness of this product, I do know that I will not be swallowing the capsules. Thus, my (unqualified) recommendation is to use with caution.
