Changed it on accident, can't figure how to change it back..** A: It's not a setting it's a glitch. Only way to set it back is to open and re-close the battery cover. Spoke to the manufacturer about it, and they confirm this is the way to reset it. **Q: how do you place batteries in this wand?** A: There is a key that comes with the wand that fits into the bottom of the wand. Just unscrew the bottom and the batteries are right in there.
